GS_COLUMN_KEYS
GS_COLUMN_KEYSrecords information about the CEK in the encrypted equality feature. Each record corresponds to a CEK.

create_date | timestamp | Time when the CEK is created |
key_acl | aclitem[] | Access permissions that the CEK should have on creation |

In the Lite scenario, openGauss provides this system catalog, but the encrypted equality feature is unavailable.
