openGauss Installation in openEuler in One-Click Mode

This feature is available since openEuler 22.03 LTS.

Introduction

In openEuler, you can run the yum install opengauss command to install the database in one-click mode.

For developers, the complexity of installing openGauss is reduced, and the usability is improved.

Description

openGauss is integrated into the openEuler OS by default. You can select the openGauss software package when installing the openEuler OS, or run the yum install opengauss command to quickly deploy the openGauss database instance in standalone mode after the OS is installed. The usability of database installation is improved.

Constraints

Currently, this feature is integrated only in openEuler 22.03 LTS.

By default, the installed database is a single-instance process.
